Summer trip to Ninny and Paco's
Chris went back to Maryland (and returns tomorrow!!!), so last week the kids and I headed to East Texas to spend some time with Ninny and Paco. We did not do a whole lot this trip and it was GREAT. We swam, fished, went to the zoo and visited Great Ninny and that was about all! It was relaxing and GREAT!!!!
Hannah riding the big wheel they bought for her to ride on while she is there!!! Above - "LOOK - NO HANDS" Below - has to have her tongue out to drive the right way!!
Feeding the birds at the zoo!!!
Seth wasn't too sure about what to do!!!
DORA Live
Chris and I gave Hannah tickets to DORA Live for her birthday! Chris purchased the tickets and thought he had bought third row tickets. When we get there we realize he bought 2nd row center tickets!!!! They were GREAT seats, but I think it scared Hannah a little to be that close. She had a great time!!

Everything is GREAT
Seth did GREAT with the scope yesterday! Dr. O talked with us and everything appeared normal - we even have pictures - GROSS!!
He did take biopsies of his stomach and small intestines to be on the safe side - we will have those results in a week.
He also had to endure the impedance probe (a small tube in his nose and down his esophagus) to measure acid level. We were suppose to leave it in for 24 hours. Well, we made it to 10 hours before he yanked it out!!!
We will have those results in a week as well. We are feeling as though we have a small little guy on our hands and we are going about our lives now - letting him eat and be HAPPY!
Thank you for all your prayers!

Update on Seth
Seth went to his follow-up appointment with the gastroenterologist on the 24th of June and after 2 months on the high calorie diet, he gained 10 ounces. He weighs a total of 18 pounds now!!
So Dr. O suggested that the next step be a scope to see if there is an irritation in the lining of the stomach or intestines, acid reflux or something internally going on. So, we are going to be going to Cook Children's on Tuesday morning for the scope.
We will update when we know more information!!!

Love/Hate Relationship
Hannah and Seth have definitely developed a sibling relationship over the last few weeks. They love each other to pieces, but they certainly have their moments of screaming at each other and being mean to each other. Seth LOVES to play with her and follows her around alot, but Hannah can get tired of it and pushes and shoves him out of her way.
On the other hand, Hannah follows Seth around at times and the roles are reversed. I continually remind Hannah that at some point, Seth will be big enough (we hope - but more on that later) to fight back...

Summer Update
I know, I know - it has been awhile, but we have been busy this summer.
Curtis took Chris and I to the inaugural event at the Cowboys Stadium - so much fun, but I will NEVER sit that high in the stadium again!!!
We went to Hideaway for a week after I finished the school year and had a blast at the blueberry farm and the children's museum. I did not get pictures of our time at the park, swimming or fishing, but the kids and I are headed out there next Sunday while Chris is at National Fire Academy!
We have been busy with swimming, arts and crafts, cleaning the house and finally painting our bedroom!!! Here are some pictures from our summer thus far:

Seth at the blueberry farm!!!

Seth driving the firetruck at the children's museum in Tyler!
Hannah being a vet at the children's museum. Everytime we have gone, this is where she spends the majority of her time - maybe a sign of things to come???

The ENORMOUS screen - that thing is huge!!
Hannah, Daddy and Paco picking blueberries! This year we had more trouble getting Hannah to put them in the bucket instead of her mouth!! She ate quite a few blueberries while we were there!
Seth had fun squishing the blueberries all over everything - notice his curly hair!!!
